Shipping Policy

Wellbeing offers free Expedited Parcel shipping in Canada* on orders $50 or more. 

  • All orders require up to 48 hours of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.

  • Your shipment should arrive within 3-5 business days from the time your order was placed.

*Excluding air stage and remote locations. If you reside in these locations and would like to make a special request, please send us the details via email to



There are many reasons to why you would want to cancel an order. We understand and here to help with your request.

Cancelling an order is a time-sensitive action; therefore, it's important for you to immediately contact our Customer Care/Shipping Department to fulfill the request. 

Please be advised that our goal is to deliver your orders as quickly as possible within the first 48 hours.

We may not be able to cancel your order if the cancellation request is received after it leaves our warehouse.

Should this occur, our representatives can assist you with returns upon delivery.

Returns Policy

We hope your online shopping experience with Wellbeing is convenient and timely. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return policies. If the returned product(s) are damaged or unsalable then it is not eligible for full/partial refund and will be further examined by our customer care/shipping department. With receipt and identification, customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without the receipt, customer will receive a merchandise credit valid for prior 30 days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, the alkaline water ionizers ("Ionizers"), adhere to its own return policy stated in the agreement and contract the customer must sign at the time of purchase and installation (if required). The Ionizers cannot be returned if under contract unless a partial cancellation fee is paid the amount calculated based on the value of the remaining term. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Your order didn't work out for you? Don't worry, our policy lasts 30 days. Please be advised that this does not apply to clearance, non-refundable, and final sale items.

For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product and be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you would like to make a return request, please email  with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Within 48 hours, one of our Customer Care representatives will get back to you with further assistance.
